Hello,

The autumn season has begun. It is one of my favorite times of year for cooking all the colorful  and delicious fall vegetables. I will be having a whole new group of chefs appearing on my cooking show. So watch the website for some new recipes.

On November 3rd I had the honor of being a  judge for National Sandwich Day at Maggiano's Little ltaly Restaurant.  The winning sandwich will be featured on my cooking show starting November 24th. Below is a picture of me with Mark Silverstein...another judge.  He is a host of "The Best of" on the food channel.

I just got back from a three week trip to the Southwest Pacific Region including New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. Of course I brought back some recipes for you from the other side of the world.  Click on the links below to see some of the recipes.
