Happy New Year!

I am starting out the New Year with good cheer.

The first chef on my cooking show this year was Claudio Sandri.  He is the Executive Chef of Panache Restaurant.  They have a great new location in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.

There are many new restaurants here in the Washington, D.C. area.  Italian cuisines are very popular.  Many of the chefs come from their home country to share some of their traditional recipes.

I will have new and exciting chefs coming up on the shows...so look for some great recipes on my website above the flashing "new" icons on page 1 (the 1st page after the home page).
