Welcome to Spring!
This is the time of year the chef's will be making their recipes using Spring veggies. Watch for all the new recipes on the "Recipe of the Week" link on the home page of this website.
I attended Share our Strength "Taste of the Nation" held at the Washington Hilton. It is an annual benefit to end childhood hunger. There were more then one hundred participating restaurants. Many of the chefs I saw at Taste of the Nation have been guest chefs on my cooking show. The food was delicious. I especially liked seeing all the new and exciting ways to cook fish. They also had an array of wines and wonderful desserts.
